Terms of Service

Your service agreement

These terms describe 37D Connect services supplied by 37 Dimensions LLC. Your confirmed order identifies enabled features, rates and any additional conditions. A separately signed agreement controls where it expressly differs. You must have authority to act for the account holder and keep account information accurate.

Availability and account responsibilities

Features depend on number eligibility, location, configuration and carrier restrictions. Protect credentials and report unauthorized access promptly. Test numbers and call routes before publishing them. Internet, power or equipment failure can interrupt service.

Pricing and payments

Account billing is in USD through PayPal. Review your assigned rates before use. Number rental, usage and enabled add-ons may be charged separately. Forwarding and callback can incur multiple call-leg charges. Maintain sufficient funds; ask support about disputed charges, cancellation and refund eligibility. Promotional credit is not an automatic signup entitlement.

Emergency calling

Emergency calling requires separate confirmation and activation for an eligible service address. Keep that address current. Internet calling may not provide the same emergency capabilities as a traditional line; maintain an alternative way to reach emergency services.

Responsible communications

Follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Obtain required permissions for recording and transcription. Telemarketing and automated traffic need prior review. Resellers must satisfy applicable registration and authorization requirements. Service may be restricted for abuse, security risks or unpaid charges.

Managed AI and additional services

AI receptionist activation, pricing, approved business information and transfer destinations are confirmed separately. AI responses can be inaccurate; review the call flow and provide a human escalation route. The dedicated mobile app is planned and is not included as a currently available feature.

Changes and questions

Material service or pricing changes will be communicated through appropriate account notices. These pages do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular service level. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. Contact support before ordering if you need specific refund terms, a service-level commitment or a negotiated agreement.
