Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted use

Use 37D Connect for legitimate communications within your enabled plan, applicable laws and carrier requirements. Account holders and resellers are responsible for people using their access.

Prohibited activity

Do not use the service for scams, deceptive impersonation, harassment, threats, unlawful content, malware, credential theft, network attacks or unauthorized access. Do not harvest numbers or send unsolicited bulk calls or messages. Do not manipulate caller identity to deceive recipients.

Campaigns and restricted traffic

Telemarketing, automated dialing and high-volume traffic require review before launch. Obtain recipient consent, respect opt-outs and complete required messaging registration. Carrier restrictions can prohibit regulated, adult or harmful content and misleading links even when some activity is otherwise lawful. Ask support before using a restricted category. Abnormally short or poorly completed calls may trigger review, restrictions or applicable surcharges.

Security and enforcement

Protect devices, integrations and credentials. Report suspected abuse promptly with relevant examples. We and our service providers may block traffic, restrict features or suspend service to address violations, fraud or network harm, and respond to lawful requests.
